What happened to Jasleen Kaur after the case where she falsely accused an innocent man of harassment?
Let’s start from when a case was filled in Tilak Nagar Station And a Post went Viral on facebook stating Sarvjeet as a Culprit and it became a high profile case when Delhi’s CM Arvind Kejriwal went in with his tweet stating this to be a brave initiative without even having the initial investigation of the police. Here’s The First Failure Of #HeToo as everybody just supported the Girl. But as the time passed on things got clearer And When police questioned the witnesses of the case, they also confirmed that it is Jasleen who started misbehaving with Sarvjeet first. The case took a totally opposite turn and it was Jasleen who emerged out as the culprit.
Here is an Assumption of what would have happened
He would be trying to jump red light or rush through orange & she being a traffic control volunteer stopped him. He would’ve thought she is a random girl teaching him traffic rules & he would have talked in a rude typical young Delhi boy tone to let him go. She would have responded in a typical Delhi young girl manner & the argument heated up.
Now we should not trust her completed in this case because
- She made a normal road fight a sexual harassment case & defaced all of women community & made it hard for real victims to put their case forward.
- She changed her statements on Times Now she said that the boy commented on her genitals, but on other channels, she not only ran away from confrontation from the witness & accused but also said nothing about sexual comments but said that the guy has threatened her.
- Sarvjeet was answering while the Times Now idiot journalist was nagging him. He stood by his point. This madam ran away from interviews, deleted her Facebook profile, etc.
- She was just seeking attention for not being respected as a traffic volunteer & for the wannabe woman she is, she unknowingly blew it out of proportion. That’s the hate for her. She probably does not have brothers, friends, cousins for taking this stupid step just because of an argument.
It has been four years since the incident happened, Sarvjeet has been attending Courts again and again on the dates issued to him. He never lost hope and was never afraid of anything as he believed he didn’t do any mistake and is ready to prove the allegations made by Jasleen Kaur wrong.
Amazing, today she is studying abroad and this man is still struggling, his father died and Jasleen is the culprit for father death. The best part who invested in her study, her parents or Arvind Kejriwal?
She ran away because she knew that no one will marry her or give her job so she went abroad so that no one can judge her.
It’s very unfair and wrong to decide without hearing both sides of the story. But nowadays people believe almost anything posted on social media which should be discouraged. It’s dangerous!!
This all happened because of our garbage social media and because of people who just start to share anything without knowing the fact, all of us are responsible for this misjudgment and we should think before sharing anything that may ruin someone’s whole life and his/her family life, without knowing fact don’t share anything, let the police/constitution do their job.
We can only hope that media gives the same kind of attention after the hearing, justice to be served. If the court decision is favoring the victim and feels the girl is wrong then victim has to be paid well for his losses from the girls family, if not paid she has to be sent to jail or house arrest and visit police station to sign daily, so no other dare to take limelight again for wrongly accusing and everything has to come to public notice through social media or some real TV news channel showing as breaking news for a whole day. Hope the person life gets back on track and her sister gets married.
Social media is a platform that could spread good/bad influences within seconds.
The Real Problem Is Of People Taking Law In Hand
The media will only focus on unnecessary things and create hype. But when needed they will not be there. A huge amount of money is flowing officially and unofficially. Doing a lot of nonsense using the face of media.
Also misusing the laws is not good for society. It’s increasing the gap between boys and girls. That day is not far off when any boy will think twice before marrying any girl having a doubt what if she plays women card and accuse him in all false cases. The misuse of feminism will definitely affect the marriage institution in the near future. People will stop marrying.
Where’s The Equality?
In the Indian judiciary system, the justice is mostly in favor of women, most of the women taking advantage of this system and uses it to play victim card even though the real victim was the men they accused of. This is the same happening in the family system itself, a wife can file a fake case against her husband like physical violence and dowry case, the police will immediately take action over the husband even if it is not the true issue.
Girls need to stop playing the victim card in the name of feminism and sexism. Misusing law and rights for personal revenge and pleasure cannot be accepted. Ruining someone’s life in the name of it is no bravery. Equality of gender holds a totally different meaning than what most of them perceive.
