Lindsay Lohan: In 2007, she literally only served 84 minutes of a 24-hour sentence due to overcrowding at the Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood. On another occasion in 2010, Lindsay was supposed to serve 90 days in the same prison, but she was released after two weeks because the jail was overcrowded.
Khloe Kardashian and Scott Disick: Khloe was arrested on March 4, 2007, for driving under the influence, for which she served less than three hours in jail due to overcrowding. Scott, meanwhile, was arrested in Riverhead, New York, in 2001 after crashing his car and failing the field sobriety test.
