B. R. Ambedkar| The Dalit Leader Who Was Against Untouchables

B. R. Ambedkar died a natural death.

B. R. Ambedkar will live on as a Dalit leader and the author of our Constitution. His dreams of a caste-free egalitarian India remain unfulfilled. He was strongly opposed by Hindu rightists. His legacy is being mocked by Modi trying to appropriate him as a BJP-RSS icon.

As lately as the Bihar state elections, this combine had called for an end to affirmative action for Dalits and tribals and that caused them to end with 20% seats against a majority they were expecting. Like a whore, they immediately changed their tune to attract customers.

Dr. Ambedkar, the person died a natural death due to ill health – nobody killed him.

However, if consider Dr. Ambedkar beyond just a physical human being as a thought, I must say that all the Indians have collectively killed him, more specifically the followers of Dr. Ambedkar themselves killed him.

Dr. Ambedkar fought for the unity of Dalits so that unity can create a strength for the fight and negotiate their own rights for the upliftment of their lives. However, today we see that all the Ambedkarian leaders are living a comfortable life and the Dalits have little improvement in their life.

Each leader has his own political party or pressure group for their own benefit. Where is the Ambedkarian thought? In such case who killed Dr. Ambedkar.
